It's time for another installment of meal planning. This week, I'm only having to plan for 12 dinners and lunches, including a picnic lunch for tomorrow with chicken caesar wraps, string cheese, trail mix and apple slices with trail mix and peanut butter.. LOL Most lunches this week are canned pasta for the kids and seafood salad for myself (deli bought).. We're repeating the Pancit Bihon this week, because it was a real hit with everyone but we're doing egg rolls and Rangoon this time instead of lumpia. Next Friday and Saturday we're having Korean foods to celebrate the closing of the Olympics. This menu is also trying a bunch of new recipes that I have pinned. I'm always looking for new, healthy recipes and love trying recipes from other countries. I drive my family nuts sometimes because I rarely make the same meal more than once a month unless they actually request it.
