It's the middle of the month and that means it's time to do more grocery shopping and meal planning. Unfortunately, this is going to be a very LONG pay period, with 19 days between this pay check and the next one. That means that while meals will still be filling, they might not necessarily be the healthiest as we have to pinch pennies since our food budget stays the same.
There are also two meals that are a repeat from last time around. These were meals that while I had planned, we ended up eating something else and so I still have the ingredients for these meals..
