Today the kids had a very special opportunity to get to see the world famous Budweiser Clydesdales up close and person when they made a pit stop here on base on their way to an appearance this weekend for the LA County Air Show. After having been cooped up in their trailers for a long drive, the horses were more than ready to stretch their legs and take a stroll through Arnold Park.
The Clydesdales were hitched up to their beer wagon for a special demonstration. With music playing the horses pranced and maneuvered, several times coming within inches of the kids. Afterwards the kids were given opportunities to be photographed with them as well as to see Chip, the Budweiser Dalmation. .
Ashleigh was a bit upset that she did not have the opportunity to touch the horses but all three kids were thrilled that they got to see them and were amazed at exactly how big they are in person.
