Back in Feb, I wrote about the fact we had gotten a tadpole so that we could observe the transformation from tadpole to frog in our classroom. The paperwork that came with our tadpole said it should take about sixteen weeks from delivery until we had a frog.
Well, here it is 8 months later (more than twice the time) and while we still don't have a frog, we do have a pollywag. lol
Here was "Tad" when we first received him.
And here's "Tad" today, with a pretty nice set of back legs but still no front buds. He's gotten much bigger and fatter, but alas, I don't think a frog is in our near future ;)
