Sunday:  Garlic Chicken bites, asparagus and roasted read pepper quinoa and rice mix

Sunday:   Indian Butter Chicken meatballs with Cauliflower and spinach with basmati rice

Monday:  Black Bean Falafel, Coriander Zucchini and Couscous

Tuesday:   Tater Tot Casserole, Green beans, Mac and cheese

Wednesday:   Chicken Parmesan, Broccoli and Salad

Thursday :  Stuffed Pepper with Salad

Friday:   Burger with Chips

Saturday:   Sausage and Pepper Calzone
