This week, the kids started learning a new hymn as part of their curriculum. This month's selection is "The Old Rugged Cross", one of my favorites while I was growing up. Originally, we were listening to the Brad Paisley version but the kids decided they liked Alan Jackson's version much better and want to go with that one.
Garrett was obviously inspired.. This was his creation yesterday that he was so proud of.
