What's For Dinner - 6/14

Last week we tried the Whole 30 style of eating and I have to report, it went very well for everyone.. We had one recipe that nobody cared for and so I ended up ordering pizza on Wednesday but outside of that, everyone was very happy with the foods on the plate.   Cracklin' Chicken and Chicken Zucchini poppers were the biggest hits and I have been told those along with the green beans are a must return.  LOL

This week we will be switching it up. While we would like to continue with the Whole 30, we had already planned on basically having an "International Week" leading up to our Disney Trip. So for this week and part of next week, we will be trying authentic recipes from some of the countries we will see in the World Showcase at Epcot.   Next week we will visit China, Japan and hopefully Norway although we may substitute Australia instead..
