What's For Dinner - 7/12

It honestly seems like forever since I last did some meal planning.  After 2 weeks being away from home, getting back into the swing of things is proving to be a rather daunting task. But, they, the kids have to eat and I surely can't order pizza every night - well, I could but I can't afford it - so it's back to the meal planning boards I go :)

A while back Charles and I decided to do a trial run of eating the Whole 30 way.  It turned out to be a fairly successful trial run and we both agreed that once we came back from eating all the food at Disney, we would go back to actually doing the Whole 30 Challenge.  Unfortunately, Alyssa is not here with us for this time period as she is currently with her father in Texas, so it's just the two of us and the two youngest kiddos.

This time around we will following the plan for both lunch and dinner.  The kids will be eating their normal breakfasts and will continue to eat whole grains while Charles and I will hopefully be able to follow the Whole 30 plan as intended.
